My truck broke down on a trip from Florida to Michigan, at 5pm on the day before July 4th. The entire staff assisted. The service department tried to resolve the issue, which wasn't really repairable. So, we walked onto the sales floor, met Ricky, and I couldn't have been treated better. Ronnie gets it done, polite , knowledgeable for sure. pays attention, asks what you’re interested in,not dictate what you should look at or buy ! No high pressure sales approach, which is greatly appreciated, I’m 68 and don’t care for that as I have encountered at other dealers .i looked and purchased a new truck in far less time than I had spent just looking at other dealers.
